change Vista or Win7 Partitions with ease.

I have found that Vista and Windows 7 disk management is very lacking in assistance on changing disk partitions.  My solution is using either Acronis Disk Directorv11 or v12 (corrected to v10)  (Acronis True Image v12), give me total control to increase, decrease or change any - all partitions in Vista and Win7.
